Process Overview

Following in-depth briefing on the role and your company background, our process combines broad input from advertising response, database review and network search to generate a list of potential candidates. Search is an integral part of our process, tapping into that hidden “iceberg” of passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a change, but will be interested in looking at the position with your company.

Short-listed candidates submitted for client consideration will have completed our in-depth interview and profiling process, to ensure that individual career goals and skill sets a match to position requirements.

After you’ve met and assessed a selection of candidates, reference checks with previous employers will be completed on the finalists…and I will guide you through the employment offer process with the successful applicant.
