If you’re responding to an advertised position and your profile is in line with position requirements, we will endeavour to contact you promptly for initial phone discussion. If we’re in agreement, the next step would be arrange a meeting to discuss the role in detail. For reasons of confidentiality, we do not give out company details prior to interview.

Reaching Out

At Interview – We will provide you with an overview of the role and company. Be prepared for frank and open discussion about your present position, your strengths and weaknesses, and your future career goals. We’ll also review your options, and how well this role and organisation are in line with those options.

The Next Step – If you feel that the position is of interest and you would like to proceed further, you’ll be considered for short-listing alongside other interested candidates. Short list details are then sent to our client company for review. If selected, your next meeting will be directly with the company.

Reference Checking – If this meeting goes well, the company likes you and you like the company, then we have something on which to base discussion with 2 or 3 previous employer referees.

The Offer – If you are to be offered the position, we’ll help you through the offer and negotiation process to ensure a best outcome for both yourself and your future employer.
